I've ordered from this location a few times, and consistently they have not put sauce with my order. This most recent visit they also did not include the chedderpeno biscuit and gave me mashed potatoes instead of mac and cheese. While the food is good and fresh, they will mess up on including what has been ordered.

I asked for 3 piece spicy with leg, wing & thigh. I received 3 piece with spicy thigh, regular leg & BREAST. Nothing was baked about the mac n cheese.

Didn't get complete order delivered.
Why order ahead??
This store won't prepare order until you or driver arrive, then you stand in line behind others, then tell them you have online order, then they start checking to see if there is an order, then they finally start preparing your order.
Then they left out items I paid for.
I tipped driver extra because they made her wait in line and then they start on order. Time is money.
I'm glad I got most of my order, but I won't use online ordering again at this store.
