They always mess up on the order .its always missing an item

We had to wait over 40 min for our order when it was a pick up order. Then there were missing items. Bread was smashed and falling apart. Chicken was cold because when they finally gave us our order they forgot the jalapeno bombers so then we had to wait for those to cook too

Fried Okra was burnt over cooked. Biscuits were hard not fresh. I asked for large cream gravy and got half a cup of brown gravy.
Chicken was good mash potatoes were good

This store always forgets to add the sides or something wrong with the order. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
