12 piece was cold and mashed potatoes was cold. Then the box was not fully mixed. I had 2 breast, 2 wings, 4 thighs, and 4 legs. So I paid more for mixed box and ended up with a dark meat box essentially.

Today was the first time I had ordered Church's in years, and I am glad I did! I tried the Smokehouse half for the first time. That chicken was perfectly smoked, and it was so moist! The jalapeno cheese bombers, mashed potatos, and biscuit were beyond excellent!! I will order it again!

We ordered a 24 piece family regular tender with double mash potatoes and a side of fries. We received spicy chicken, not regular, two individual sized potatoes and a handful of Frenchfries. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of my order. I have a family of 5 and was not able to adequately feed them with the food I was provided (which was not as I ordered)
