Wings look great didnt have spicy today 11/24, 2:00 Baked Mac & Cheese was burnt and mash potatoes cup could of been full since I did get the order I really wanted and the burnt Mac like fr and no honey with my biscuits order partially edible

The chicken, mashed potatoes, and biscuits were good. The okra was burnt, and the Mac & cheese container was half full and burnt as well.

Very disappointed with this order, the chicken was very dry and not freshly cooked. it was suppose to be mixed, I received 5 thighs and 1 leg.
The biscuits were half cooked and a couple of them were not done. I threw them away.
I ordered 5 peppers and Jalapeno poppers and did not even receive them.
lastly the corn on the cob was cold.
I have never had a meal like before from them, their staff should be ashamed to provide this horrible service.

We both got the chicken tender combo... our chicken tenders were super tiny, and looked nothing like the picture. They were also cold, dry, and tough, and we didn't get our dipping sauces. There was a huge delay with the driver being able to pick up our food, and our driver shared the delay was because the store was only focusing on the drive through and their orders.
I will say, though, our biscuits and sides were good.

Chicken, was hard, dry, unseasoned and cold! Okra and corn on the cob was cold, because the box of chicken was slid into the bag sideways so the supposedly sealed bag wasn't actually sealed at all, in fact it tore a big hole in the bag, so I had to microwave the whole meal, which made everything harder!...SMH😡 That's the second time in a row! I don't know which store that was probably the 71st & Michigan Road store, which is terrible even when you pick-up an order!!🤦🏽 I only buy from the Lafayette Road store! They should offer a complimentary meal to replace that one!!!!.Just awful for $20.00😡
