I never write food reviews, and I just had to make one for this restaurant. I got the Compadre Quesabirria Combo extra crispy and OMG. Best tacos I've had in Reno, and I've had a lot of tacos. They are filled with plenty of meat and perfectly seasoned. Amazing price for such incredible food!

The quesadillas are not super special, but they are tasty and very affordable compared to other places nearby. They also use 14" tortillas, which makes the portion size very good, especially for the price

Compadre Noodles are ALWAYS fantastic. Quesadilla I always get with Pastor, is SOOOO good dipped in the compadre Noodles broth. The fish and shrimp Tostada is soooo good. and I always like to add a little cup of 8oz Beans. This place ALWAYS kills it ❤️🤤

Quesadilla was great. Haven't tried the Plain Burrito yet, but it's a good portion size. I'm usually not a fan of avocado salsa, but theirs was great. Chips were crispy and salty. Red Salsa has some spice and a hint of chipotle. Green Salsa has more spice and decent flavor. 8oz. Consome is not as flavorful as I'd like, tbh. Bit watered down. I didnt get a straw for my Fountain Drink, but it's a good size for the large.

I tried their carnita taco and the tortillas were homemade and delicious 😋
I also ordered the Compadre Combo combo. The meat was tender and the rice and beans did not disappoint. They had good amount of salt and not bland.
