My stuff was hard and cold, the cream cheese frosting wasn't melted so ik this wasn't a delivery time issue they served old product

Said they no longer accept DoorDash orders even though they showed up as open and accepted mine. Then they waited for the Dasher to get there before telling them to tell me I had to cancel the order, wasting everyone's time. Except you can't cancel your "in progress" order without forfeiting your money. Fortunately, I went through support and they helped me. Don't order from here.
