Someone at the store decided to substitute everything in my entire order (and made bad substitutions as well) rather than calling and seeing if I was okay with this. The claim was that the items I ordered were out of stock, although this was denied by the employee I spoke to about it who told me the items I ordered were all in stock. Ridiculous all around.
