Decided to try something new and was not disappointed. I like the fact that the flavor wasn't too overbearing due to the chocolate chips and the icing flavor complimented it well too.

I recently placed an order for the Salted Caramel Roll and the Cookie Dough Cheesecake Roll, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality of what I received compared to the advertised product.
The items I ordered were visually appealing, generously topped, and well-presented in the photos on your menu. However, what I received looked very different and lacked the same quality and attention to detail. Specifically:
• The Salted Caramel Roll had far fewer pretzel toppings than expected and looked underwhelming compared to the photo.
• The Cookie Dough Cheesecake Roll was messy, with broken graham crackers and uneven frosting, which significantly affected its presentation and appeal.
Given the discrepancy between the menu images and what was delivered, I feel that the quality fell short of the standard I expected when placing my order.

The dough is the exquisite 10/10! The frosting is a bit too fluid at room temperature but not too sugary 7/10. The apples and caramel were meh 4/10. I would have preferred the apples caramelized.
The dough is the best part of the pastry.
The brownie is meh to tasteless.
The banana bread with chocolate chips had too many chocolate ships and too much banana. not good/overly sweet.

Ordered the Peach Cobbler Roll but they were out of the ingredients so we substituted for the strawberry roll that did not have actual strawberries. It was more like strawberry jam. Same w the strawberry icing it was more of the vanilla icing with strawberry jam. Product is less like cinnamon roll and more like pastry.

A so called gourmet fresh made daily bakery is complete false advertising considering I received a cinnamon roll that was stale, hard as rock, and reheated. Inexcusable at their high end price point!
