This was our 2nd order from City BBQ. The Brisket needed about 2 more hours-it was very tough and like chewing on rubber. The ribs were spot on!

I really like City BBQ's Smokehouse Sala with brisket (added cost). I'm not sure what kind of fresh salad greens they use but it makes the best tasting salad I've ever eaten! I can't wait to try their BBQ ribs next time.

Individual Rib Bones were meaty and tender.City Sampler the pork and smoked turkey very moist. The brisket was dry. The smoked sausage did not have any flavor to me, almost bland.
The green beans and coleslaw slaw outstanding. Texas toast really good.
