the brisket was very tender but not much flavor. the pulled chicken was very good. I didn't like the greens, the hush puppies were excellent! I feel the portions were a bit small for the price.

The pulled pork and sausage are excellent and the green beans are killer. Excellent portions and value. it's as good as anything I've found in Tennessee and Arkansas.

I was slightly disappointed in the Adult Tenders (4 pcs.) they taste was good but the chicken was dry and tougher than I perfer. Texas Toast (2 Pcs) was amazing , very good taste and soft , large portion. Banana Pudding was also delicious. large portion, fresh bananas, easily enough for two to share. My sides were green beans and bacon and corn bread, both were excellent!

More Cowbell was a delicious sandwich. Very flavorful and tender meat. 3 Sides Plate was excellent as well. I didn't like the coleslaw but that is personal taste. The baked beans and corn salad were amazing.
