Chicken & sauce are always good but the fries are normally super hard & dry.

The fries were stale. The chicken tenders were the size of my thumb. The drink is 3.19 and it' s a small. For the price you pay, I feel a cheated.

As it is my second time ordering the MEDIUM PACK I was very disappointed! The chicken was good but both times my fries tasted as if they had been sitting out all day.

Only stars given are for the fries. The portions of chicken were almost like chicken nuggets in portion size. Overpriced.

Its great value since you get a lot for what you pay, especially compared to other chicken places. However, it is very pepper forward. The breading, the fries, the sauces - a lot of heat.
