The Apple Crisp coffee is amazing as always, but I noticed that sometimes when ordering I'll get either an iced coffee or a hot coffee, and I prefer the iced. If you could figure out a way to know when customers would like it iced or hot I think that would be great!

Amazing coffee and food! The coffee is super sweet which is what I like! Their bagels are also really good. Would definitely buy again!

I ordered a hot coffee as I do every single time I'm there! Or have ordered in the past. I don't know why I got a iced coffee. I'm not fond on iced coffee. It would be nice if door dash or cjs would correct the order.
