The chicken fried steak is one of those that is 40% fried bread and 60% beef. Super thin patty inside the breading. The breading fell off a lot while eating, think I got 2-3 good bites that weren't falling apart or weren't just pure batter. This happens when the grease isn't hot enough when you fry it. They also are using super thin beef patties to fry, so they appear to shrink during the fry ( leaving a lot of the batter empty ). Dennys / IHOP is better, which is really sad considering how high quality everything else at Claim Jumper is.
