I got the Beef Laoyou Rice Noodle Soup / 牛肉老友湯粉 and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were perfect and strong. The soup was fresh. Best comfort food you can get

Five stars to the soup base and toppings, 0 to the noodles.
Tasted like these noodles died three days ago- the soggiest and grossest noodles I've ever eaten. You can tell just by looking at the noodles; they've already broken down into millions pieces when the order arrived.
Either they don't know how to cook rice noodles at all, or what I got are leftover noodles. Either way this is outrageous.
AND I lived in Guangxi for months, trust me I know how these noodles should taste like. Piece of advice, for takeout/delivery rice noodles orders, undercook the noodles so that they don't break apart on the way- but I doubt this is the only issue, the noodles I got had probably decomposed over a much longer period of time.
Yikes.

Both the beef and the pork noodles were under seasoned. I'm not sure if that's how they are supposed to be served but it was disappointing. The beef especially, and it was quite dry too.
