Built my own Build A Bowl Small and it honestly more than I thought for the portion size.
Food quality and flavor was great, got 2 sauces because I wasnt sure if I was going to like one vs the other. Both were fantastic! The Epic Sauce is a mustard based sauce thats on the thicker side and the Teriyaki sauce has sesame seeds for anyone who needs to know or may be allergic.
Only thing id change is that the sauces have descriptions so those with food allergies or dont know can make an informed decision. (Maybe they do and i just didnt see it).

The Turkey Burnt End Cuban Flatbread was a hit! I hadn't tried this preparation of turkey and was impressed with its texture, taste, and in a sandwich. The flatbread is fresh and tender with a bit of toasting to add that aspect. The sauce inside is slightly sweet with a little spice for fun.

The Build A Bowl Medium is quite fresh and delicious. We selected a few items for simplicity. For a salad, the aroma impressed right away. A combination of lettuce,spinach, roasted carrots and asparagus created a sumptuous aroma & invitation to dig in. We picked this as a side dish for Korean barbecued chicken. It was the best meal of all week!

everything is really good; macaroni isn't typical but it is still pretty good! if you like white queso dip it taste similar to that. Salmon wrap was also really good, you can't tell in the photo but there's a good amount of salmon in it. Excited to try other things on their menu now

Ingredients alone were bland and flavorless. Thai Peanut Sauce didn't taste good at all. Healthy food can have flavor, this was lacking any flavor. Prices are pretty steep for the portions you get.
