Three broken pistachios does not make a crust on the Pistachio Crusted Salmon but other than that it was good. I just wish they had been more careful since that's the attraction and the visual selling point of this dish. The vegetables were fresh, tender and delicious and the mushroom risotto was perfectly cooked. Please don't skimp on what you're advertising and charge a higher price to your customers.
