The Blueberry Mascarpone is AMAZING albeit way over priced. (In Japan you can get a large loaf of this bread for less than $1 locally, in yen). The Vietnamese Nitro Cold Brew is delicious, smooth, and refreshing, but didn't have the "kick" I was expecting a Vietnamese and/or "Nitro Cold Brew" to have. Never the less, both were delicious.

Blueberry Mascarpone is superb!
Unfortunately they reduced the quantity by 40% for their coffees. So a oatmilk Lavender Latte for 8$ doesn't make sense anymore.
Madagascar Latte is good too, but their reduced quantity and same price is exorbitant.

First time ordering here and will be coming back! I ordered 2 toasts - one savory and one sweet - and a coffee. I was here to place another breakfast and got prompted to submit a review so:
Taste: wonderful, all of it. Perfect blend of flavors without being overpowering.
Pricing: shockingly affordable especially for what you get :) lower than other comparable spots
Portion: not huge but perfect for me! As the toasts are open face, and if you're quite hungry, 1 most likely won't fill you up
Efficient: in and out - food was warm/fresh etc.

Mediocre at best. Paid $8 for a dark chocolate cold brew with the foam and received no foam, despite paying extra for it. The other drink I ordered had no ice in it at all. While the presentation of the items was decent, the quality did not match that. On the bright side, the breakfast toast was good.

With family in Japan it's difficult to find GOOD matcha, but Coffee and Water Lab does it justice and makes an exquisite and absolutely divine matcha latte!
