20. Milk Tea is really good, though not the best milk tea I've ever tried. Really great for being so close. The boba doesn't taste the most handmade but is still soft and chewy. Highly recommend if you don't want to drive far for boba

I wanted to like this so badly, but the food is dry :( Everything Egg Bagels did not come w/ cream cheese and I wish there was some seasoning with the eggs. Same goes for the Egg Croissants w/ bacon. Flavorless. I enjoyed the Thai tea though, thank you!

The drinks always refresh but too much added chamoy in the drink. Wish there was a section in notes to have less chamoy added in the drink

Only 4 stars because they didn't have what i originally wanted (Meximocha blended and Iced Caramel Macchiato) but it's still so good.
