I've ordered from this location for over two years and every experience has been excellent. The ice cream is delivered cold and the order is always correct. The ice cream is delicious, the choices to build your sundae are great, and the added items like cakes and ice cream cookies are also amazing

I'm sorry I purchased these. They were poorly made and not worth the money. The tiny bit of ice cream you get and the small tad of cake is a disappointment. The chocolate cup on the bottom is tasteless. I could of brought a tub of ice cream for the price. Or two sundaes. The delivery went well tho.

I love Cold Stone. My family loves Cold Stone. Flavors are incredible. Consistency is incredible. The value is amazing. However, my only thing is labeling. I came from another state and every time we purchased our pints they labeled them at every location we went to or Dashed from. This location doesn't. So, if you order three types of chocolate and three types of whites the way we did you honestly don't know which is which. Cake Batter Cheese Cake and Sweet Cane and Coffee, Chocolate and Truffle Fudge. At least we can easily tell which is the last. Wish they would label the pints.

Dont order/pay for waffle bowls... you wont get them (learned from a previous time ordering from them). This time, the Germanchökolätekäke® was great & the Our Strawberry Our Strawberry Blonde was great as well. The Surrender to Strawberry™ lacked in cake filling. Super stingy on add ins.

There were no chips added to my create your own. The only add in requested. Poor value for the money. Got the largest size. It was about 1 scoop of ice cream for $10.
