Love Cold Stone Creamery! Best ice cream ever. It's not soft serve, but it's not hard packed ice cream, it's perfect. My favorite is coffee ice cream with heath bar mixed in.

when you do mix ins make them actual mix ins no chunk of banana no chunks of Nella wafers it was not all that great reminded me of baby food all one texture and put actual Oz for sizes for the price that was small I can get 4 large shakes at sonic for that price 24 0z each

I purchased a "Love It." Sized portion. They sent me a "Like It." Size with amount of ice cream in a kids cup. $8 dollars, good grief. The amount of ice cream didnt even fully fill the tiny( $8 dollar) cup. Ive been a pateon of Cold Stone for decades, and the prices cup, along with the minuscule portions (wrong portion size) are ridiculous. But let it be said, at least the ice cream was very good, but it was not worth the money. , It really is small things like this that lose customers. I'll be taking a break from Cold Stone for awhile, it's not worth it, and they seem to not understand their own cup sizes. I'll just make my own tasty ice cream at home.

I ordered (and PAID for) an ice cream in a waffle cone with brownie and KitKat, and I got ice cream with brownie. No KitKat and no waffle cone. So the $3-$4 dollars that went towards that was wasted.
