When I got mine it was completely melted like they just made it and set it out and waited for it to be picked up, I ordered a create your own and they didn't even mix any of my ingredients in. There were whole strawberries and half a banana just sitting under my melted ice cream. Super disappointing and will not be ordering this again. They could have at least stuck it in a freezer and waited for the dasher to show up.

Had a pregnancy craving for peanut butter sauce...the peanut butter sauce did not make it onto my ice cream. on top of that, they only gave me like two peanut butter cups. Not worth the $
