The ice cream is wonderful, we've ordered it many times; it rates 5 stars. The problem is the ice cream is always in varying degrees of melting, running on the outside of the containers, and often in the bags - which is really odd, since it is delivered less than a mile. Summertime is worse. Any solutions would be welcomed!

If I could give this more stars, I would. it was absolutely delightful. I used to love vanilla hot fudge sundaes, and these are near exact. they taste delicious ❤️
