I appreciate the fact that Cold Stone offers at least 1 lower sugar option. Perhaps, the company would consider offering more than one choice that rotates through? ...even if it has to be prepackaged/pre-ordered?

Ordered 4 mix ins of cookie dough plus paid extra for 2 more adds on of cookie dough, yes this is extreme but I love it... looks like they ran out of cookie dough so they just threw more chocolate chips it. Very disappointed. All those extra charges for nothing

One of my items was totally gone and half my ice crème was missing, if this is what I have to expect then call myself not impressed, before they were good but now its just sad to be honest

I ordered two items both the same size yet I received one that was much smaller than what was ordered. The other item was missing an extra paid for ingredient (the chocolate chips ) and they were both considerable melted. Tasted good but I probably wont order here again
