the ice cream is always good, but they always forget the waffle bowls. they even called to tell me they were out of the sprinkled bowls and asked if a plain one was fine!

had the wrong item mixed in with the ice cream
no spoon included to scoop out into the waffle cone
while your shake tasted good, the size for the small was ridiculously not worth the price
