• DoorDash orderNormally I like coldstone. We ordered two cups of ice cream and received two cups of completely different flavors - so we think they got swapped on accident. It has always been overpriced but they have gotten wayyyy steeper.

• DoorDash orderOrder missing multiple items. My One Smart Brookie™ didnt have any cookie dough in it that I added - it was basically just ice cream and chips. My wife's Birthday Cake Remix™ only had the ice cream and chocolate sauce with nothing else.
When you pay nearly 10 dollars per ice cream, you expect to get more than standard ice cream that you could get from the grocery store.
Do better coldstone.
