Typically when I order from here, it's always good. I am not sure if they switched up the staff, but whoever has made my ice cream the past several times, does not break down the chunks of cookie dough or brownies. They have also forgotten ingredients like caramel sauce. I hate finding all the topping plopped on the top and 2 big round discs of cookie dough in my cup. The flavors are always good, but I pay for it to be properly mixed.

I ordered the founders Founder's Favorite® with additional toppings i.e., fudge toppings and chocolate chips with additional costs but the wrong item was sent without the additional toppings.

$50 for two icecream, they didn't include the extra toppings or waffle bowl ordered on one order and the other is pictured below. No toppings and I paid for 3 extra toppings, and not just one of each but two!!! This is just sad for a place that used to be so good. I got vanilla ice cream for $25!!
