• DoorDash orderI order Chocolate Devotion® every single time and I love it. I have seen the quantity of the ice cream going down a bit. I hope it's just a one off thing and they are not doing it deliberately

• DoorDash orderWhile I’ve enjoyed Cold Stone Creamery’s creative flavors and customizable treats in the past, my most recent visit left much to be desired. The quality of the ice cream itself was decent, but the overall experience was marred by unprofessional service and a lack of care in handling orders.
Upon picking up my takeout, I was disappointed to find my ice cream container placed *upside down in the bag*, resulting in a messy, partially melted product by the time I opened it. More frustrating, however, was the dismissive attitude of the staff. Despite arriving a full hour before closing, the employee seemed visibly irritated by my presence, hastily tossing the order onto the counter without a word before walking away. There was no effort to ensure the order was correct, let alone a basic acknowledgment or courtesy.
Cold Stone’s charm has always been its lively atmosphere and enthusiastic service, but this interaction felt rushed and indifferent. For a brand built on “the ultimate ice cream experience,” the lack of attention to detail and professionalism was glaring. While I might consider returning for the product alone, I’d hesitate to recommend this location based on such a disappointing experience. A little more training in customer service—and care in packaging—could go a long way.
