Just wish they'd wipe the containers thats floating around inside the plastic bag. Also wish they'd wrap the waffle cone and not just lay it in the bag. Togo bags are way to big so when its picked up the containers are every which way in the bag and the spoons were covered in ice cream too. BUT the icecre itself hits the spot lol

I’m really disappointed with the service I received at Cold Stone. I ordered Cookie Doughn’t You Want Some® and was given what tasted like apple pie ice cream. I also asked for Cake Batter and instead got plain vanilla. Neither flavor was what I requested, and the order wasn’t fulfilled correctly. For the price, I expected better accuracy and attention to detail.

Listen, I've never liked cotten candy anything before. I bought my daughters the Cotten candy flavor and kept thinking that it's going to be nasty (have my own that I create) ... Y'all by mistake I ate some of my daughter's cotten candy ice cream.... man I tell you this is the 3rd time I'm buying the Cotten candy! Y'all I highly recommend cold stone! When it comes to flavors you don't like in store, bet Cold Stone can change your mind.

everytime we order anymore our order is not correct. they miss ingredients all the time. I ordered cake batter Cake Batter Batter Batter™ and they did not put anything in it. no cookie no brownies... just ice cream
