I don't know what to say. I love their ice cream a lot and it's really fun but the delivery is so long. And it's usually not as cold as I want it to be.

Have ordered twice. Paid for 3 add-ins, but it was basically just the icecream. $15+ for a cup of icecream. Thought the first time might have been a mistake but apparently not.

the cookie dough is hard as a rock... seems to be frost burnt? worst cookie dough I've ever got at cold stone. and I've been a customer since the beginning. definitely not worth the extra charge for extra cookie dough.

They over charge first of all when I got the delivery it was really small for 12 doll each so not worth it
