Ordered vanilla ice cream with peanut butter cup mix-ins. Came with a scoop of ice cream and one peanut butter cup crammed into the top. Not chopped up or mixed in. second item was the Apple Pie a la Cold Stone® which I've had several times. Mix ins were just thrown on top, apples were whole slices (usually cut up and mixed in) and very little Graham cracker crust. after the first few bites, the rest was just ice cream. Third item was the Chocolate Devotion®. I was told that was delicious and prepared correctly. Someone got lazy while preparing most of our order! I'd think twice about ordering from here, especially for the prices charged.

So I think we got the right amount of ice cream, but my bowl was overfilled, and I had to open it like an egg over an actual bowl. My girlfriend's was put in a smaller bowl as well, but then the smaller bowl and the ice cream were put in a bigger bowl. Really weird, not sure if somebody was too tired or what. At least it all tasted good.

Our Strawberry Blonde® didn't have any graham cracker and a drop of caramel. Dough-lightful Peanut Butter™ have huge chunk of peanut butter in the middle. Wasn't mixed properly. Paid for extra fudge topping and that wasn't in it either.

Everything here is usually really good. However, the Strawberry Banana Smoothie is not made with real fruit. It tasted syrupy, like something I would expect from DQ or a gas station. Really disappointed.

First time ordering despite some negative reviews on orders not being correct. The photo in the description of the Milk & OREO® Cookies shows a chocolate based shake. What I got was a plain jane vanilla shake, nothing else. Not so much as one Oreo piece in it. Very disappointed.
