I ordered a Love It size Ice Cream and they made a Like it size, put it in the like it size cup and then put that cup in a love it size cup to cover up the mistake. Pretty Low Actions I think. Won't get my business anymore.

Ordered the Cheesecake Fantasy®. What I got was ceesecake ice cream with a single frozen strawberry in it. I dont know what is going on with Cold Stone lately, by my friend had the same issue a week ago. Seems like they are going downhill on quality.

One of the ice cream orders was smaller than what was ordered and we ordered 3 dog bones and did not receive any. All in all this was a very disappointing expirience. It's my first time ordering from them and quite likely my last. We also did not receive the blast freeze we requested. Again, quite disappointing.
