I got the Cookie Doughn't You Want Some® with the extra price of a waffle cone. Not only was my bag not secured imagine paying $14 for the icecream not to be filled and the cones as small. I work to hard to let my money go to waste which is supposed to be a treat to me

Good but when we got the order there was a note inside that they were out of waffle bowls. That's fine but we paid $1.61 each and they didn't call to substitute or offer anything to cover the extra we paid.

Very disappointed. Orders a Gotta Have It and a Love it and neither were the correct size. The ice cream didn't even come to the top of the cup! If you've changed your sizing, be honest about it and post it so we know what we're getting, that way IF we decide to ever order again, we know what we're paying for and don't feel as if we've been cheated

I had a Create Your Own Creation the strawberries weren't mashed. I paid for extra cake pieea. Theres hardly any cake in it. The ice cream seems like it was ran allthe way down. Horrible experience. I belice its because they were closing
