I love the ice cream here. I almost always have leftovers because of the big portion size but for me that's a plus. The ice cream is very high quality. I got the smallest size, & they placed it inside two bigger sized containers so when it melted/spilled a little it all ended up in the cups & still safe to eat, which is fantastic. They're a little more expensive, but it's more than worth the difference in quality & care. I will absolutely come back here again. :)

Ordered Mix and Go Quart size of Cheesecake Fantasy. Always delicious. They mixed everything well and even added an extra Love it cup that must gave been a leftover from the Quart.

I ordered a gotta have it size and they put it literally in a love it container and put that container inside the gotta have it size. So I paid extra for nothing.

You know, Cold Stone has good ice cream but you'd be better off going to the store and getting it. They are getting a low rating because I've ordered from them several times and EVERYTIME my order is missing something. I never get the waffle bowls or cones, I've gotten the wrong size, they're not even filling the cups and I've ordered add-ins that never got added. Just disappointing.
