Ice cream is good, but received the wrong sizes so we had to get refunds, just dissapointing for the amount of money you're spending to not get the products you buy.

It was good and wasn't really melted. It was a little soft but that's to be expected. Same as if you'd pick up your ice cream and eat it at home. The Surrender to Strawberry™ is my favorite!
