• DoorDash orderYesterday I ordered a REESE'S Peanut Butter Awesome Sauce, and it was great. But today, when I ordered it again, they got the ice cream base wrong, so I called them to let them know their mistake. They did acknowledge that someone didn't read the order properly, but the person I talked to didn't seem to know how to handle a customer complaint that well.
