• DoorDash orderthere was barely any yellow cake or whip cream in my surrender to Surrender to Strawberry™. Shouldve gotten charged for just a normal strawberry icecream at that point. disappointed.

• DoorDash orderWe ordered two Gotta Have It size Create Your Owns. One of them was great. The other had so few toppings it was basically just plain ice cream. I wouldn't mind so much except that I paid almost $3 extra to have extra toppings.

• DoorDash orderI ordered a Surrender to Strawberry™ and I got strawberry icecream with bananas AND no yellow cake for some reason ... :/ I was so sad I spent 30$ just for it to be wrong and im allergic to banana so I couldnt even eat it. Cold stone gets my order wrong every time.
