Definitely not any cultures traditional potato salad. I wish they would list the ingredients because I never heard of multi colored peppers randomly sliced, carrots and potatoes and what ever kind of mayo/sauce that was but it was unexpected to say the least

My order was mixed up , I didn't get what I ordered and who ever makes up this menu. It's limited. I wanted fried pork skin with a yellow rice. And a order of kidney beans on the side. Which I did not get . I didn't even have the choice to pick that combo I'm disappointed. I like the food, but ordering is a problem.
