Oh my goodness! What a great choice we made. The ribs fell off the bone, the fish and pulled pork were fresh and tasty. The texas toast was tasty.All the veggies were fresh and the baked beans were out of this world. They gave us huge portions, that we had enough for another meal!

The NY strip steak is 14oz of heaven. My companion said it was the best steak he has ever had, it cut like butter and they do amazing medium rare. I had the fried fish plate with green beans and collards. it was a HUGE PORTION, the outside had delicious bread crumbs, with beautiful white fish, that tasted so fresh. we're very happy with Colts, our dinners were top notch. so worth it, just incredible. just wish, I took pictures of it before diving in to eat.

Absolutely delicious bbq!! The pulled pork was perfect and the sauce was nice and tangy. The peppery onion rings were awesome! And the beans reminded me of my mom's, which says a lot! Thanks for a great first meal in Florida tonight!!

I'm in heaven, after having lunch. My beef brisket on Texas toast sandwich was out of this world delicious. My friend had the beef brisket and baby ribs sampler platter with slaw and mashed potatoes. He fell in love with his lunch, and dessert of banana pudding, left him speechless. for him, as a southern man who knows his desserts well, said it was the best banana pudding in his whole life. Best BBQ I've had since I lived in Memphis years ago; that's not an easy accomplishment. The sides are also top notch, especially banana pudding that was so fresh, the Nilla wafers were still crunchy, and most notable, a corn pudding, the best I've ever had btw, that they managed to get the taste very similar to the Morrison Cafeteria's famous Carrot Souffle. All it needed was some powdered sugar on top and it would have been even more so...Love their food and will be ordering again today!
