DELICIOUS! We eat here fairly often and just got the Original Chicken Sandwich Combo and Green Chili Bandit Bird Combo for the first time. Both were juicy, hot, so flavorful, and larger than expected!! Will get these again

I am usually pretty happy with the food here but today the quality was poor. The tenders in our 5 Piece Basket were small & the rice in the Bowl Bahn Mi was over cooked, soggy & mushy. For the amount of money charged, I expect better.

I absolutely love the Bahn Mi Bowl Bahn Mi when made right. Consistency has been a big issue at this location, but overall waaaay better than the Fort Collins location, and staff are always friendly.
My only issue is with their ability to make decent rice (not too dry or too watery) consistently and the neatness of my order when I pick up (smears of sauce from gloves all over to-go container - messy).
The rice issue has been MUCH better the past few times, but still feels like I'm flipping a coin when I order.

My tenders were the size of nuggets, very tough and 2 out of the 4 pieces were half cartilage. Objectively better chicken at any fast food place. Really can't stand when restaurants give much worse food/portions to door dash customers because they know you can't send it back and they "technically" gave you what you ordered. Shame on y'all.
