My BLT was missing the tomatoes and bread was barely toasted, also missing bag of chips that is supposed to come with order. The HOT speciality drink I ordered 'coconut cake' came iced, not hot. Disappointed that whomever prepared order can't follow simple instructions.

I was disappointed with my matcha latte. I just ordered this past weekend with a friend, and it was delicious. Today I ordered the same item and it had way less matcha and essentially just tasted like milk. I just wanted to inform you of the inconsistency. The rest of our order was good!
