The Mezza Focaccia Sandwich Round was tough, under-salted, and tasted of poor quality or rancid oil. You need some low protein flour as well as bread flour. You also need to use an emul of good olive oil, water and salt on top of the dough before baking. This makes the crust crisp and well seasoned.

Excellent food. Their Roast Beef on Kalmata bread is superb. Add a Chocolate Brioche and you are on wonderful taste treat. Highly recommend almost anything from Con Pane.
