They have changed their recipe and cookie size but still good. They are no longer crispy and seem a bit undercooked.

The cookies are getting smaller and thinner. The fees are getting higher. This will be our last time ordering from here. 4.99 service fee, a 4.99 delivery fee, and an $8 tip for 4 cookies that are not very good is silly.

1 cookie used to fill the circumference of their box. now 4 cookies don't even take up as much space. kid on the phone when I called, suppossed "supervisor " tried to tell me it's the same amount of dough in a single cookie meanwhile they're the same thickness as the old cookies, amongst calling me "bruh" thinking everything is funny. Very unprofessional over the phone. This WAS my favorite cookie store, now I won't go back after this experience

The sugar cookie was really small, the Caramel Pretzel Cookies were chocolate chip cookies with caramel drizzled over top. Tonights experience was disappointing.
