Jonese was a super polite and professional Dasher! She made sure to call me to inform me that the store doesn't sell the Otis Spunkmeyer Chocolate Chunk Cookie anymore (this needs to be removed as an option from the app) so that was nice to know ahead of receiving my order. The food itself was pretty good and I had all of my Extra Sauces, which never happens when I use the app! The blue raspberry lemonade was ok but if I ordered again I would just get a regular lemonade. Thank you again, Jonese! It was so nice to FINALLY get an order that was as close to perfect as possible.

The waffle fries tasted like they were cooked in week old grease and were burnt. The wings were ok but no garlic parmesan sauce and no flavor. Ranch was good. Won't be ordering again.

The garlic parmesan sauce was mostly grease and butter, the strips of parmesan were cold, there was barely any garlic flavor, and the fries were under seasoned
