The burrito I ordered was supposed to have cheese on top of it as well as inside and it had like 3 pieces of cheese on it. But overall it was good

my taco salad arrived with not one piece of lettuce .... just the pulled pork and black beans. The accompanying receipt did not call for no lettuce. The manager told the clerk I called to tell me if I wanted lettuce I would have to drive down to Costa Vida to get it. I used to always choose costa vida over Cafe Rio. Not any more.

I think there was chicken in my chicken salad but I dont know. Couldve fooled me. Also a container of cheese should be full. Not half way filled. Im used to costa vida in SLC. They must have different owners or something because its always consistent and fair in the amount they provide but this store really skimped.

I ordered a pork salad and paid for 4 Oz of EXTRA pork on the side. I didnt get any extra pork and only had one tiny strip of pork on the inside. Like literally the tiniest little strip, more like a string. I got a heaping mound of lettuce with only a little rice and beans inside. So basically i paid for lettuce. They also forgot the kids drink and my son was really sad he didnt get his favorite. Im tired of the employees at the Bountiful Costa Vida just not caring about take out orders and screwing up everyone's orders every time.

Terrible. Rice was hard. Chicken Kids Quesadilla had one piece of chicken in it. Chicken Tortilla Soup came cold and Tres Leches was forgotten from the order.
