While the food is delicious, I'm becoming increasingly disappointed in the chips and queso I'm receiving via door dash. The portions used to be enough for me to share with my kids, today, I received a 1/3 full tray of mostly broken chips and a half full cup of queso. I used to get two cups in a regular. I've tried calling to figure out if this is right, but I can't reach anyone there. Sad.

The steak was extremely hard, dry and overcooked. The Nachos were very very soggy. The refried beans. there were barely any there and they were old and chewy. I am highly highly disappointed. I've eaten at your establishment many times. Recently ate at the Payson location and it was amazing. Not sure if I will be ordering again.

Nothing is ever how you order it or how it is advertised on the menu. They just give you want they want to. And they always fail to give you all the items/sides you pay for.

the food was absolutely amazing. I will eat there everytime I stop in Richfield. Thank you for such a wonderful dinner. Being a truck driver it's really hard to find good food. I'm glad I gave Costa Vida a try.
