So good every time. The Carne Asada Fries are huge! It's loaded with toppings-I love that it comes with pico de gallo and tons of steak. I also asked for chicken rolled tacos in my 22 - Cheese Quesadilla & 3 Rolled Tacos which they sub'd for the beef which I loved. This is the most reliable place for Mexican food that I've found. Always the best!

ordered Chips with Guacamole & Cheese . There isn't any guacamole on the order. There is hardly any cheese on these. Most of the chips are plane. I paid an extra $1.19 for rice, barely any rice on these. Waste of my money.

By far one of the best burritos from this restaurant I've ever had and ive been a customer for nearly 22yrs. Wonderfully cooked eggs and sausage with a dash of sour cream. It's a perfect mix. I like to add a bit of quac or beans depending on the mood of the day.

They followed the special instructions which I really appreciated! The Carnitas Taco was delicious! The meat was juicy and it was big for the price. The Fish Burrito was equally as good and the extra limes made it that much better. Thank you!

Have been coming to and ordering from Cotijas in Santee for many years now. Their burritos are amazing here even for the hefty price. Their Fish Taco is great, I usually get one everytime I order from here. But really it's all about their Hash Brown burrito, which is spectacular. Hash Browns, Sausage, Sour Cream you can't go wrong.
The other big plus about this place is their hot sauce in the little cups, it's amazing. Only downfall is I wish they added more to the bag. Never received a wrong order from here either and food is always hot when it arrives despite being far away.
