Food is amazing! I usually get their 2 Meat plate. The Oxtail and Curry Chicken. The large comeywith enou food to share. It usually holds me over for 2 days. Worth every penny. Absolute delicious!

I love the LARGE portions from this restaurant! The food is flavored well and I'm obsessed with the Sweet Potato Pudding! It's a large slice big enough for two, but I'm greedy and devour it every time! The consistency of the pudding is perfect! Not too soft and not too tough. My favorite dish so far is the oxtail. I'm excited to try everything on the menu because they have yet to disappoint me.

I was raised in South Florida where there is an abundance of Jamaican restaurants. In LA, none of the Jamaican restaurants that I'd been to in the past offered what I considered to be good, authentic Jamaican food. The jerk chicken from Country Style Jamaican Cuisine, however, hit the mark and the portion size was good. The steamed veggies could use a wee bit of work, but otherwise the plate was great. I will definitely be ordering again.

I didnt want to dislike the food since I've had good meals from them in the past, but today's experience was just bad. The beef Patty was tasty like before but sort of lukewarm. The Mini Callaloo just was not good. I think they cooked it in coconut oil which gave it a weird taste to me. I've never had callaloo with coconut flavor before. It does not work and it sorta spoiled the white rice for me. The Side of Stew Chicken was bad too. The chicken tasted a little old but I just didn't like the gravy or flavor compared to the many times I've had brown stew chicken before. The Rum Cake slice was tiny for $7 (it's hard to tell in the photo), but it also was a bit dry. My grandmother's rum cake was always so moist, dense and yummy. It honestly pains me to write this because I had a good experience before but I thought it was good for them to see this feedback to show that the food was not consistent. I paid $44 and will have to dump it, and I was soooo looking forward to eating this food today and tomorrow. One last thing, DOOR DASH - please fix this tiny typing window!

Food was really good oxtails were nice and tender. Curry goat had right amount of spice not to much did have a a lot of bones but it was still good. Rice and lies cooked to perfection. I'm usually a hungry joes girl but they had really good food and it was a lot of food and less expensive!!!
