• DoorDash orderThis is the third time in less than three weeks that Ive ordered two extra gravies. Every week at least one, sometimes two, have been missing.
I called the restaurant yesterday and asked what to do about this problem. The "To Go" girl said to add it to the notes. My
thinking is, if I order two orders of gravy and pay for them, I shouldn't have to add it to the notes.
I was offered no refund or even an "I'm sorry."
With that being said, I WILL continue eating the Chicken Fried Chicken and mashed potatoes/gravy as they are absolutly amazing!!!
