Great ice cream and cookies!, but they goofed and forgot to include the caramel sauce when I ordered the Build your own sandwich kit. In the future, can you please double check the order to ensure accuracy before it’s picked up/delivered?

Cookies were awesome! Rewarmed them in the oven and they were good to go. Ice cream was perfect, not too sweet and didn't arrive melted.

The ice cream was previously melted and then frozen again. it's basically flavored ice. then the banana walnut has more walnuts than ice cream. it's horrible!!

The pints of ice cream that I ordered: blueberry cheesecake & rocky road were not creamy at all. It's like they were "icy", like thawed and re-frozen, if that makes sense? Grocery store brand would have been better. My first time trying it and was disappointed.
