Consistently dried out meat with small portions of it. The tofu is usually like leather and the chicken grainy. Dried out rice. For the cost of the salad I expect better. Also they left out an entire salad on our orders on two different orders. The second one I got today was missing an extra dressing I paid for.

For the Build Your Own Signature Salad, we received almost no mixed greens and it came out to $20 before the delivery fee and tip. Such a sprisingly small amount of food - will not order from here again :(

Did the build your own Build Your Own Signature Salad & everything in it was what I asked for. I love that the bowl was filled to the max! Also likes how they put the dressing on the side so the lettuce didnt get soggy.

The salads had no kale and no spinach, so both bowls were about 1/4-1/3 full. Also, other than having some quinoa and beans. there was almost no avocado, cauliflower and pepitos. Pretty shocking for two $20+ salads. I even showed it to the "dasher," cuz I wondered if the salads were spilled. She said that's the way they came. The stickers did not list kale and spinach, but my online order clearly does. Not sure what your employees were thinking when they put lids on virtually empty bowls.
